Effective leadership demands the development of great communication abilities. To convey a sense of urgency and zeal to others, the leader must be able to impart information and ideas. Having a message is useless if the leader cannot communicate properly and inspire people to take action. A good leader will have a great impact on others.

    The explanation is short and straight to the point, it has a good summarization of the quote itself. The reiteration of some of the sentences in the quote used in the explanation really emphasizes on the importance of good communication when it comes to being a leader who can effectively lead a team. The structure of the explanation is very organized and follows the quote sentence by sentence.
